How do I measure my wrist?

It's easy! If you have a fabric ruler/tape measure, just measure your wrist. If not, find a piece of string, shoe lace, etc. and use a ruler to measure that.

Do you only sell bracelets?

As of right now, yes! But, we would love to expand our variety of products. We're thinking earrings, keychains, and anklets right now. Let us know your thoughts in the Feedback tab!

When will I get my bracelets in the mail?

We will try our very hardest to get you your purchases as quick as possible. Expect to get your purchase in the mail in 2-7 business days.

How do you make the bracelets?

It's a long (painful lol) process. I start with a design from online and follow the pattern. Some bracelets are much more intricate than others, but for the most part, they aren't too bad. :)

Can I place a custom order?

Soon! . . . maybe. We're working on it! Custom bracelets can take a long time to make and plan. After we start getting more orders or more people ask for custom bracelets, we'll most likely offer that as a option. Stay tuned!

How do I pay?

Information on payment is on your Cart page.
To sum up the process, you must fill out a form and deposit your total either on Venmo or PayPal. Sadly, we are unable to accept orders directly through our website.

How will I know that you donated the money?

We'll email you a picture of your donation receipt from the Team Trees website, but you are always welcome to donate more if you would like! :)
