It's easy! If you have a fabric ruler/tape measure, just measure your wrist. If not, find a piece of string, shoe lace, etc. and use a ruler to measure that. **we would appreciate it if you could please enter your size in centimeters when you place your order, thanks!**

As of right now, yes! But, we would love to expand our variety of products. We're thinking earrings, keychains, and anklets right now. Let us know your thoughts in the Feedback tab!

We will try our very hardest to get you your purchases as quick as possible. Expect to get your purchase in the mail in 2-7 business days.

It's a long (painful lol) process. I start with a design from online and follow the pattern. Some bracelets are much more intricate than others, but for the most part, they aren't too bad. :)

Soon! . . . maybe. We're working on it! Custom bracelets can take a long time to make and plan. After we start getting more orders or more people ask for custom bracelets, we'll most likely offer that as a option. Stay tuned!

Information on payment is on your Cart page. To sum up the process, you must fill out a form and deposit your total either on Venmo or PayPal. Sadly, we are unable to accept orders directly through our website. We hope to find easier payment solutions in the future! Update! We'll email you a picture of your donation receipt from the Team Trees website, but you are always welcome to donate more if you would like! :)
